Appointments may be made via our website, WhatsApp, telephone, email, or other approved communication channels.
Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once acknowledged by Pilgrim Cleaners.
All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.
Where necessary, we may arrange a site visit before providing a final quotation.
Prices may vary if the condition, size, or scope of work differs from the original information provided.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commercial clients operating under contract may be invoiced according to agreed payment terms.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit card, cash (where accepted), and other approved payment methods.
Late payments may incur additional charges where permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and timely access to the property.
If our team cannot gain access at the agreed appointment time, a call-out fee or cancellation charge may apply.

Inform us of any hazards or areas requiring special attention.
Secure valuable or fragile items before our arrival.
Ensure pets are safely managed during the cleaning appointment, where necessary.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a revisit.
Our team reserves the right to refuse or stop work if conditions at the property present a health or safety risk.
Examples include unsafe environments, hazardous substances not previously disclosed, aggressive behaviour, or dangerous working conditions.
Pilgrim Cleaners takes every reasonable precaution while carrying out cleaning services.
Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
Our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided, except where required otherwise by law.
We are not responsible for:
Existing damage
General wear and tear
Faulty fixtures or fittings
Items that are loose, unstable, or improperly installed
Unless otherwise agreed, Pilgrim Cleaners will provide suitable cleaning products and equipment.
If customers request the use of their own cleaning products, Pilgrim Cleaners cannot accept responsibility for the effectiveness or suitability of those products.
Our Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside this document.
Commercial cleaning agreements may be subject to separate service agreements outlining:

Where a commercial agreement exists, that agreement will take precedence over these general terms.
